2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected by order dated 20.02.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 48930 of 2014.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
