2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 342, 357, 323 , 354B, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence , these petitioners caught hold of the informant and started taking away her with them and also snatched golden earing and mangalsutra from her.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is next door neighbour and petitioner No. 2 is close relative of informant and due to some dispute a scuffle

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66262 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 took place between the parties and taking advantage of the situation this false and concocted case has been lodged against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistre , Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 257 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
