Mr. Yadav, A.A.G.-11 appearing on behalf of the State authorities submits that in the show cause, it has been stated that the order of this Court has now been fully complied with inasmuch as the cost imposed by the Court for non-compliance of the order within time has also been complied with. The attention of the Court has been drawn to the communication dated 04.08.2017 (Annexure-B) enclosed along with the show cause.

The order having been complied with, the present contempt application merits to be rejected.
