Mr. Chandra states that in the light of the order of this Court passed on the writ petition, the case of the petitioner may be considered by the State Level Committee.

As the said Committee has now been properly constituted, the Court expects the matter concerning the petitioner shall be placed before and considered by the said Committee within a reasonable period of time.

The contempt application is disposed of.
