2. This writ petition is filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to vacate the encroachment made on the land of the petitioner appertaining to Mauza- Pipra, Thana No. 269, Khata No. 701, Khesra No. 111, Area 0.03 decimal and to implement the order dated 10.02.2020 passed by the Sub-Divisional Public Grievance Cell at Ara (Sadar).
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests disposal of the writ petition with direction to the Circle Officer, Ara Sadar (Respondent No. 5) to dispose of
Patna High Court CWJC No.14112 of 2023(2) dt.03-01-2024 2/2 the representation filed by the petitioner on 19.07.2023 (Annexure-6).
4. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Circle Officer, Ara Sadar (Respondent No. 5) to dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner on 19.07.2023 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
