2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366/34/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact petitioner and victim were in love with each other and now have been married. Victim is enjoying conjugal life with the petitioner and they have a child out of the wedlock. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64178 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Saran at Chapra in Panapur Police Station Case No. 227 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

6. One of the bailors of the petitioner would be the victim Kajal Kumari herself.
