JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that all the accused persons including the petitioner committed fraud in order to grab the land.

Earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. no. 36783 of 2014 dated 9.4.2015. This is the second anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner. I find no merit in the second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner, same is rejected. Any how, if the petitioner surrenders in the court below, i.e., Sri Anchal Dwivedi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case no. 553 of 2014 within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail, same shall be
