The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mokama P. S. Case No. 153 of 2019 dated 16.07.2019 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

From the possession of petitioner no. 1, a countrymade pistol whereas from the possession of petitioner no. 2, two live cartridges have been recovered.

Though petitioner no. 2 has a case to his credit but that is a complaint case in which he is on bail. The petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58361 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 no. 1 is a person of clean antecedent.

The petitioners are in custody since 17.07.2019. For the aforesaid facts, the bail petition is allowed. The petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., IV, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P. S. Case No. 153 of 2019.
