2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Manjhol P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. As per allegation, 936 liters of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from a pick-up van, to which the petitioner is driver.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that co-accused Chandan Kumar and Chandrabhanu

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65275 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 Prasad Singh have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. Nos. 65827 of 2024 and 65045 of 2024 respectively. The petitioner is under custody since 19.07.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1st Begusarai in connection with Manjhol P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
