In the present writ petition, petitioner is challenging the order dated 29.7.2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Kharagpur, Munger by which he has suspended his lincence.

In the counter affidavit the order of cancellation of licence has been brought to the notice of this Court vide order dated 7.4.2017.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner, if so advised, may file an appeal before the appellate authority. If such an appeal is filed along with limitation petition, the appellate authority while disposing of the limitation matter will take into account the pendency of the present case before this Court, inasmuch as the order has been brought through counter
