Petitioner no. 1 happens to be the owner of the Sweet house whereas petitioner no. 2 is staff of petitioner no. 1 and the alleged recovery is said to have been made from the garbage kept behind the hotel of petitioner no. 1.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mansurchak P.S.Case No. 61 of 2016.
