Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has moved before this Court earlier in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20445 of 2017, which was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.05.2017 with a direction to move before the court below first and the court below was directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law and, thereafter, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach this Court.
