The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case no. 301 of 2016, registered under Sections 498(A), 313, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is torturing of the informant by her husband due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. One lakh as dowry and also on protest made by the informant about illicit relation of her husband with his sister-in-law, she was removed from her matrimonial house after snatching her personal belongings. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to misunderstanding, the informant, who is wife of the petitioner, lodged the present case. The petitioner is still ready to keep his wife (informant) with full dignity.

No.2 does not want to live with the petitioner, rather, she wants one time settlement with the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.301 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
