JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-10-2023 The petitioners are challenging the order dated 24.09.2018 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Bettiah (West Champaran) in Title Appeal No. 17 of 2018, by which the application of the petitioners for stay of execution of decree dated 15.01.2018 has been allowed with a condition that the petitioners shall pay a monthly amount of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent no.1 on 10th day of every calendar month in advance.

I have considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials on record including the impugned order. I do not find any illegality and infirmity in the impugned order. The impugned order is a well reasoned order and therefore, there is no need to interfere with the same.
