2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 74, 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The allegation in the first information report is that a dispute had taken place in a wedding ceremony at the house of the informant's relative Dinesh Sharma and in course of the same, accused persons indulged in abuse and assault.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be evident from a perusal of the First Information Report that the specific instances of assault is upon Raushan Kumar, Suraj Kumar and Gaurav Kumar and the allegation upon the petitioner is confined to fight between the ladies to the extent of dragging etc. Although one of the injured also succumbed to his injuries during his treatment at P.M.C.H. but there is no

It has been further submitted that the other similarly situated co-accused Kalpana Kumari has been granted bail vide order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55253 of 2025 upon consideration of the facts.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also considering that the main allegation of assault is upon different co-accused persons and the petitioner is a lady who has not indulged in the main offence, let the above named petitioner, who has no criminal antecedent, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 425 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
