Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 registered under Sections- 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a matter of love affair between the daughter of informant and petitioner no. 2. It is further submitted that as per statement of the victim girl she was taken to Ludhiyana, but the fact that in the way she did not raise any alarm creates doubt on the prosecution story.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47917 of 2016 (3) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
