That, this petition is for issuance of writ of 'MANDAMUS' commanding the Respondents to remove encroachment over pucca Road of village Rajani having Khata No. 1486, Khesra No. 5523, within Madhepura District and also to cancel the settlement of Road land to the private person. And/or Issuance of appropriate writ / writs, direction / directions or order / orders which may deem just and proper."
