Petitioner is said to have made attempt to commit rape on the informant and when her brother came to rescue, he was mercilessly assaulted by the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, there was love affair between petitioner and the informant and the informant used to write love letters to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the factum of love affair of petitioner and the informant came to the notice of the informant's brother, he started scuffling with petitioner and got instituted the present case against the petitioner with exaggerated story. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
