Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present application, the petitioner has already been granted bail by the court below itself, as the charge-sheet could not be submitted within the stipulated time and as such the present bail application has become infructuous and he seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed, as having become infructuous.
