2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting the victim girl. In her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. the victim girl has said that she was having an affair with the petitioner, thereafter, she left the house without informing anyone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. 6th-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2023.
