Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Excise Act. Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.8.2016 on the ground that in course of investigation, his name surfaced in this case as some witnesses claimed that petitioner was driving the car from which 96 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in Harsiddhi P.S.
