JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. For direction to the respondent authorities particularly the respondents no.1 and 2 to ensure payment of differential amount of salary in the scale of Rs.6500-10500/- (unrevised) w.e.f. 01.3.2011 to the month of March, 2018 with interest alongwith cost of litigation.

II. For payment of arrears of salary in the scale of Rs.6500-10,500/- (unrevised) from 22.3.2018 to 3.4.2018.

III. For quashing the order contained in Memo No.6822 dated 21.12.2021

Patna High Court CWJC No.15554 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 issued under the signature of respondent no.2 whereby and whereunder the period from 22.3.2018 to 03.4.2018 has been sanctioned as extraordinary leave on the ground that the petitioner could not produce evidence with regard to the work done by him during these period."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the outstanding differential amount of salary as claimed by the petitioner has already stood paid to the petitioner as is apparent from the counter affidavit filed in the present case.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent authorities in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
