1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) for quashing of the final order as contained in letter No.1953, dated 4/3/2012 (Annexure-1) issued under the signature of the Commandant, Central Industrial Security Force, Unit R.S.P., Rourkela whereby and where under the petitioner has been awarded the punishment

Patna High Court CWJC No.16579 of 2013(8) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 of compulsory retirement.

And further for quashing of the Appellate order bearing No.5035, dated 12-62012 (Annexure-2) issued under the signature of Deputy Inspector General, Central Industrial Security Force, Unit R.S.P. Rourkela whereby and where under the Appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 4-3-2012 (Annexure-1) has been rejected.

And further for quashing of the Revisional Order bearing No.12210, dated 2210-2012 (Annexure-3) issued under the signature of Inspector General, Eastern Zone, Patna whereby and where under the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner against the orders dated 43-2012 and 12-6-2012 (Annexure-1 & 2 respectively) has been rejected.

And further the respondents may be directed to reinstate the petitioner on his respective posts with all consequential and monetary benefits along with the arrears of salary etc.

And/Or pass such other order(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper.

A copy of the orders dated 4-3-12, 12-6-12 and 22-10-2012 are annexed as ANNEXURE-1, 2 and 3 respectively to this writ application."

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of this application the case having become

3. In view of the above, the application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
