The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2015 for offence under Section 413/44 & 216 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner along with other was found moving around at the Chapra jail gate and both of them were intercepted by the police. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner had gone there to meet some accused persons lodged in the jail premises.

The police have recovered some A.T.M. Cards from the possession of the petitioner and another person and have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51502 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 apprehension that the petitioner is involved in withdrawing money illegally through A.T.M. Card. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.7.2015.

Looking into the period of judicial custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Niraj Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.
