ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Public Distribution System dealer having a valid licence. It is submitted that the allegations are wholly misconceived and minor variations are possible in running of the Public Distribution System shop. He further submits that he has not violated any provisions of licence and absolutely has a good past as a Public Distribution System dealer.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and that the petitioner has a clean past, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49308 of 2016 (2) dt.25-11-2016 P2/2 event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Alipur Police Station Case No. 59 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
