====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 05-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Piar P.S. Case No.18 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 30(A), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Liquor Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that the petitioners were apprehended with the motorcycle and on search, 12 bottles, each containing 750 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, 22 bottles, each containing 375 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor and 12 containers, each containing 500 ml. Indian Made Foreign Beer, kept in a bag, were recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18605 of 2017 (2) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners having no criminal antecedents are in custody since 14.03.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge-V-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Piar P.S.
