The petitioner is accused in connection with UdaKishunganj P.S. Case No. 40 of 2017, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of one bottle containing 375 ml country made liquor from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner is accused in one another case, but in which, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 11.03.2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18601 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrae, Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Uda-Kishunganj P.S.
