The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Economic Offence (Patna) E.C. (Police) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 dated 22.05.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 469, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the B.P.I.D. Act, 2002.

After some arguments, Mr. Uday Prasad Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to

No.65491 of 2019(13) dt.08-03-2021 2/2 withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioners to surrender before the court below and seek bail as and when such an application shall be filed, it shall be heard on its own merits without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained.
