JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2023 Though the present writ petition was filed for removing the encroachment made over the land of Rasulpur Bazar, however, the learned counsel for the respondent State has submitted that the encroachment in question has been removed but the learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the same by submitting that though the illegal encroachment made over the said land in question, has been removed, however, certain encroachers are still present over a part of the said land, hence, it is submitted that appropriate direction be given to the Circle Officer, Dumra, Sitamarhi to remove the existing encroachment over the land in question. It is directed,
