2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

" That this writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondent to issue authority slip regarding final disbursement of accumulated amount in G.P.F.

Account No. PTS FSC-5, which has been kept pending and accordingly pay.

Further the respondent may be directed to take steps for payment of provident Fund amount to the petitioner after issuance of authority slip which is kept wrongly and illegally for the reasons best known to them and unavailability of acquaintance roll.

The petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to grant him any other relief/s to which he is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
