2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of Farsa. Doctor has found grievous injury .

4. Considering the fact of the case and also the fact that injury caused by the petitioner is grievous in nature , prayer
