The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar (East Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016 registered under Sections 409, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 17661 of 2017, 25449 of 2017, 8044 of 2017 and 14887 of 2017. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
