The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015 registered under Sections 28(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of fire arms.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 02.07.2015. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been made accused in one more case except this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49991 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future. m.p.
