Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25(1)AA/25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this court vide orders dated 17.12.2018 and 23.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 75837 of 2018 and 2918 of 2019 respectively, as contained in Annexure-2 (series). Petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58056 of 2019(3) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018.
