JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under sections 341,324, 326, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that all the injuries are skin-deep and simple in nature and the petitioner as well as the informant are co-villagers, as such, there is remote possibility that the petitioner would engage himself for the purpose of snatching of money of Rs. 15000/- from the informant as both the parties are known to each other.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Subhash Mandal @ Subshash Mandal, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50177 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj at Madhepura, in Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 78/2015 with a further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be a close relative or family member of the petitioner who shall file affidavit before the concerned court giving complete genealogy to show his / her relationship with him.
