The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/147 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is no chance of her absconding, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.580 of 2022(2) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada, in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
