The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No.387 of 2012 registered for the offence under Section 498A of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Accusation is of torturing of the complainant by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of motor cycle and cash of Rs.20,000/- and removing her from her matrimonial house snatching her belongings.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is still ready to keep his wife with him with full dignity and honour but the O.P. No.2 is not ready to live with him.
