Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are not named in the FIR and their name have come in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Vickey Kumar. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Test Identification Parade has not been carried out till date. They are in custody since 4.6.2021.
