The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 452, 354(A) & 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in short is that while the informant entered her house, the petitioner also entered behind the informant and tried to outrage her modesty by giving temptation of money.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20-05-2019. The petitioner and the victim are villagers. The petitioner has been made accused in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60558 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 present case due to village politics.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019.
