Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
None has seen the actual killing of the deceased and the informant expressed his suspicion against the petitioners and others on the ground that deceased had affair with one Ruksana, who happens to be daughter of co-accused, Nizamuddin Mian. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
