2. Though the petitioners are aggrieved by some alleged irregularities in preparation of the voter list for Ward No. 5 of the Nagar Panchayat, Sahpur in the district of Bhojpur but from the pleadings, it appears that the objections were required to be filed within a certain period, after final publication of the voter list, which does not appear to have been done.

3. In view thereof, the Court is not inclined to interfere
