2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of assaulting the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Petitioners are in custody since 13.06.2025 and claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia/concerned Court below in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016.
