In compliance of the direction of this Court, S.S.P., Muzaffarpur appeared and filed counter affidavit stating therein that in the light of direction of this Court, compliance has been made and in future same kind of deficiency will not be found. S.O.P has been issued by the concerned authority so that no deficiency will be found in investigation with regard to the sensitive matters like N.D.P.S.

As submitted, the recovered article is less than small quantity and the petitioner has already been granted provisional bail by order dated 23.05.2022.

No.842 of 2022(3) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 Keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.05.2022 in N.D.P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021 (Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 367/2021) is hereby confirmed.

The personal appearance of Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, Investigating Officer and the Dy. S.P. of the case stands dispensed with.
