JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report and omnibus allegation of assault has been leveled against them. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 and his father were witnesses in a case in which the cousin of informant was co-accused and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioners in the present case. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, which is evident from perusal of Para-3 of the petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46042 of 2016 (3) dt.02-12-2016 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 246 of 2014.
