The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 118/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

15 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.03.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two and half months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
