The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Compliant Case No. 1337 (C) of 2015, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing of complainant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and other in-laws and to remove her from matrimonial house and also performing the remarriage by her husband. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,
