JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.01.2019 passed in CWJC No. 1083 of 2019, the Vice Chancellor, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga has already passed a reasoned order dated 21.06.2019 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Hence, it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

Having regard to the stand taken by the Opposite Parties while disposing of the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 21.06.2019, if so advised, by taking recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law.
