The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Malsalami P.S. Case No. 93/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant got information that his Dhaba was burnt and the fire was put off. The informant suspected the hands of his two brothers (petitioners).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioners are brothers of the informant and the case is now compromised.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46876 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 93/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
