Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Galgalia P.S.Case No. 17 of 2017. The FIR was lodged by Junior Engineer of ikn T.P.T.L. Company regarding theft of some electrical equipments. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused and there is no material against him in

It appears that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent of similar nature of case, as such, he is not entitled for privilege of anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
