Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor any looted motorcycle has been recovered from his conscious possession and I.O has claimed only to this extent that while the petitioner was going as a pillion rider by the aforesaid motorcycle, he was caught whereas his associate managed to flee along with looted motorcycle.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from para 3 of the petition and is languishing in jail custody since 3.8.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
